1. Who we are
ViralVideoAI (viralvideoai.lol) is an independent service for generating trend-based short videos. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any person, artist or brand referenced by a trend.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Credits and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Pack credits do not expire. Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes.
4. Generating videos
Generation runs on shared capacity. During busy periods a request may wait in a queue. A failed render returns its credits automatically.
5. Your content and consent
You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload and are responsible for having permission to use them. Upload only your own face, your pet, or a person who has explicitly agreed.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ViralVideoAI to infringe copyright, impersonate a public figure, harass someone, break the law, bypass platform rules or reverse engineer the service.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service online, but it is provided “as is” and may change or pause features while we improve it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you subscribe is the version that applies to that purchase.
